In conjunction with the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) Infotech@Aerospace Conference that was held in Boston during 19-22 August 2013. AIAA organized a workshop on “Airborne Networks and Communications”. The workshop includes several invited presentations from representatives of industry, national labs, government, and universities and regular paper presentations. In addition, this workshop also included a session on student posters and demonstrations of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
MAGICC Lab Ph.D. student Laith R. Sahawneh presented a poster of his on-going research on UAVs Sense and Avoid systems. His poster was one of the winning posters during the poster competition session. Congratulations!
