Project Description
The Multiple Target Tracking (MTT) problem can be broken down into several subproblems:- Sensor processing- Data association between individual measurements and targets- Target state estimation- Autonomous path planning to position the UAS to best observe targets

Publications
Preliminary work began in 2010 to estimate the position of a vehicle traveling on known road network using a Histogram Filter. A paper was published in the 2011 American Control Conference, which can be found here. The research for this paper was funded by the Air Force Research Laboratories, Air Vehicles Directorate.
